Zoof collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Zoof’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Zoof’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Zoof may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Zoof also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. Zoof only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
Certain visitors to Zoof’s Website choose to interact with Zoof in ways that require Zoof to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Zoof gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law.
The Fair Use Policy ("FUP") applies to the use of any tool, product or service offered by Zoof, whether it's provided directly or indirectly through anothe party to you. The FUP protects the interests of Zoof's clients and their customers, as well as Zoof's goodwill and reputation. By using our website, tools, products or services you agree with the provisions of this FUP.
Fair use includes the responsible use of all tools, products and services. Unusually high data, traffic, requests, products or keywords tracked which are outside the norm are considered unfair and can lead to measures as outlined below.
Zoof reserves the right, by comparing the data, traffic, requests, products or keywords tracked use of clients, to ascertain, in its own judgement, if the usage of data, traffic, requests, products or keywords tracked is outside the norm and take measures as outlined below.
The measures Zoof may take as a result of unfair usage of its resources may include any of the following, at Zoof's discretion: account cancelation and immediate termination of the services provided by Zoof, as well as immediate termination of access to Zoof's platform; offering the user the option to pay for an additional monthly subscription to cover the costs on the base of fair use.
